M1 — Go-Live Engine · 11 delivered

The core promise: one button, four platforms live. Chaturbate, CamSoda, CAM4 and Stripchat have each been proven live on real accounts — real video, publicly watchable, verified from the outside, not just "the app said so."

M2 — Streaming Cockpit · 81 delivered

The model-facing screen: unified chat rail, tip events, goal bar, stage HUD, live status. This is the largest body of completed work — the cockpit went through structured design exploration (multiple design variants per component, scored and culled) before shipping.

M3 — Data & Earnings Backend · 55 delivered

Every chat message and tip is captured from each platform, normalised into one event stream, batched to a cloud database, and replayed into goals, overlays and session history.

M4 — Account Safety & Security · 55 delivered

The most sensitive area of the product. Delivered: credential vaulting, per-platform browser session isolation, network egress controls so platform traffic looks like a normal home connection, and hard safety stops — any identity check or captcha halts automation and requires a human.

M5 — Stream Reliability · 45 delivered

Honest liveness: the system continuously verifies a stream is actually publicly visible (not just "sending data"), detects silent failures, and recovers or alerts rather than letting a model perform to a dead room.

M6 — Infrastructure & Operations · 73 delivered

The server side: a media relay that takes one camera feed and fans it out to every platform's ingest, plus operations dashboards, deployment automation and monitoring.

M7 — App Packaging & Onboarding · 13 delivered

Turning an engineering system into an installable product: signed desktop builds, guided first-run, camera permissions in plain language. This milestone is the current frontier — see the Roadmap.
