Oracle Streaming

Roadmap & Current Focus

Dates below match the timeline on the task board — the gantt view is generated from the same data.

Now (August)

Platform certification. Supervised, on-camera live windows on Chaturbate and Stripchat that prove the full loop — go live, real chat arrives, real tip arrives, clean stop — on the current app build. This is the human quality gate before wider use.

Reliability hardening. The top open defect class is honest liveness: making every internal signal agree with what a real viewer sees, so a healthy stream is never taken down by a false alarm and a dead stream is never reported as live.

Cockpit polish. Session history and streaks, tip-menu editing while live, chat-feed noise collapsing, camera preview performance.

Next (September)

Onboarding. First-run welcome flow, camera and mic permissions in plain language, recovery paths when a camera is denied, busy or unplugged, and platform re-login prompts when a session expires.

Operator dashboard. An owner-side view of every model's stream health.

Release discipline. Every installable build smoke-tested before it ships.

The big gate: stranger-readiness. A clean machine, a brand-new model, one button, verified publicly live — with no engineer in the room. When this passes, the product is ready to scale beyond the pilot.

Later

Lighter desktop app. A native-shell rebuild (same cockpit) that is faster and smaller.

This portal. Always-on project visibility — the page you are reading — kept current automatically by the engineering agents, plus richer analytics as the data accumulates.
